Movement in 2019

I love collaborating with other amazing women and my dear friend Shawna, who is a ISSA certified exercise therapist and personal trainer provided the following motivation for getting yourself moving this year.

Movement is a vital celebration of life. You get one shot at it so why not be the best you can be. Live your life feeling so good and powerful. Start off 2019 by grabbing a friend and go for a walk or take a hike. Turn on your music and let your body move. You have all the equipment you need ”YOU” Whether it be stretching push-ups, sit ups, lunges, squats, jumping, walking, hiking, stairs, etc. Just get moving!! If you want more and to build a better you it’s all about moving. So 2019 here we come!
