2020 Vision: Live Your Life with Focus and Clarity

To guide your year of clarity and focus, this workshop provides questions & exercises to help you self-reflect, clarify your vision, discover your core values, set & execute your goals, recognize sabotaging automatic negative thoughts, learn how to establish boundaries, create your vision board for 2020 and so much more!

All of the exercises have personally helped me change my life for the better. And I’m confident that they’ll do the same for you.

Each one of us deserves to live our dream life – and I believe it’s possible for all of us to work towards that goal. 

Nothing is going to get handed to you easily. If you want to live your dream life, you’re going to have to overcome your fears, change your mindset, and work harder and smarter than you’ve ever worked before.

This is the journey that we’re all on. It’s the path towards a more joyful, purposeful & abundant life. One where you work to become your best self, your highest self, where true change starts from within.

1:00 – 3:00   Creat your Vision Board

Please register by January 6th as space is limited to 20 participants. All materials and supplies for the vision boards will be provided. If you have images or items that you would like to include on your board, please feel free to bring them along with any extra magazines to share with the group. Coffee, water, tea will be provided. Free on-site parking is available. Bring writing materials for note taking, if desired.
